Decisions
to fund are based solely on the merits of each case.
The
case evaluation process is as follows:
Plaintiff provides a signed Release of Records form.
Attorney forwards to Providence
a copy of:
- Police
and/or Accident Report
- Medical
Summaries
- Acknowledgement
of Insurance Letter
- Complaint
- Limits
of Defense
- Any
other pertinent information
Qualified legal representation
is confirmed.
Clear liability must be established.
Confirmation that adequate
insurance is available.
Once
the file is complete, the Underwriting process begins. The
process will require a minimum of 5 days. Once a case is
approved for funding, a contract will be forwarded to the
legal team for execution. Upon receipt of the original signed
contract, a check or wire will be issued within 3 days.
